Pre-Budget 2013 Guide #2: Where does our Budget come from?

It’s federal government Budget time again! In the weeks leading up to 28 Sept – the day our Prime Minister tables Budget 2013 – REFSA will release a series of vibrant and easy-to-digest infographics to illuminate fiscal choices and crucial decisions made on our behalf.
